I printed this design out onto quality matt paper, cut out all parts. I then used matching card stock folded in half and glued the base sheet onto the centre.

I then mounted up the 3d effect using sticky pads, attached the birthday sentiment and finished off with Dimensional Magic to parts of the flowers, fan and butterfly giving it a pumped up glossy effect.
