Wow! Just love this sheet. After printing onto white smooth cardboard, I cut out all the elements and mounted them with foam tape onto the base topper. I found a matching paper and cut it to fit a Crafty Bob's 8 x 8 Ivory card base. I adhered it with DST to the card. I then adhered the base topper to the card with DST also, but adhering a decorative Coles Patty Cake Wrapper (pearlescent white) between the layers to fit the curved edge. I then dressed it up a little more with a couple of bows that were not used from a previous sheet and a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment tag. Love how it turned out.
