I have designed this sheet to be built into a decoupaged image, with layers. Use either foam or silicone glue to build your image up. Starting with the base image, then the rose and border, then the rose and then the label and heart.
A great sheet with lots of fiddly cuts, so take your time and enjoy.

I took a plain white card and added two pieces of red and one of light gold card to make a frame around the base layer of the topper, which I printed onto photo paper, before building the layers up using silicone glue.
