I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added each part of the fan using thin foam tape.
I added the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added a piece of pink organza ribbon to complete the lovely card.
