I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to large scalloped edge white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with ribbon and bow down spine, red glitter to hearts and card candy to outer corners.
A beautiful design, suitable for many occasions.
