I printed the designer card sheet on photo paper. Cut out the pieces. Put the main card topper on a blue background and I punched a decorative border along the edge of card.

Added deco pieces using sticky pads.

This card topper could have been backed and made into a card of it's shape- pretty either way. I use s gel for all gluing.
