Print image onto gloss paper.Cut out frame and elements. Attach acetate to frame inside. Matt base layer onto burgundy card leaving a 5cm border and add corner peel offs.

Put glitter in a small pile in centre of image add a bead of silicone glue all around the framed area, attach elements to top of acetate over appropriate element.

Attach to A4 card blank to top of card. Add die cut circles underneath and place small red rose with bow in the middle. Add sentiment or message to the left
