I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main image onto a silver mat and then a red, and built up the decoupage using foam pads.
Then the completed topper was mounted onto an 8x8 card blank.
The card was then decorated with glitter. This was such an easy and quick card to make.
