Printed onto super smooth decooupage paper. I then cut a whte paper doily into 4 & attached 1 section to the back of each corner of the topper.
I then mounted the topper onto lilac card using DST.
Assembled the decoupahe using 2mm foam pads & finished with a dusting of glitter.
