I have designed this sheet as a 3 layer decoupage sheet, there is the base layer and then a rose and lace layer, then just the roses and then the Best Wishes tag.
Build them up using 3D glue or foam pads, this would be ideal for so many different occassions, Birthday, Get Well Soon, Anniversary etc

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue card stock. I siliconed the layers and finished of with some gold pearls on a string.
