I adhered the main graphic to a metallic white CS (which I ran through CB with Divine Swirls Folder) then backed whole card on blue.
I then cut out the 3d parts and raised with foam pads, added a sparkle white rope bow and a few white pearls.
Lastly, I added a touch of glitter on the flowers.
