I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the design to a blank, pale, blue card.

I used a corner punch on the card to tie in with the shape of the frame.

I completed the card with its matching insert (cup472201_692) and a few blue rectangular rhinestones. I used the two smaller, matching shapes to make a bookmark and a gift enclosure.
