I have designed this sheet as a decoupage sheet, use 3D foam or silicone glue to build the layers up into a gorgeous vintage card front.
The base image builds up using classic decoupage, it measures 5.5inches square with scallop edges for your cards. This will build into 5 layers.
This is ideal for so many different occassions.

I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a white card, and layered all elements. Added blue pearls to embellish. A pretty design, will suit many occasions.
