I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card, and layered all elements. Added a pink bow, and a tag with "mum". Finished with pink pearls in each corner. A very pretty design.
