Congratulations to Both of You
I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

Hello.
I printed this design which I love the colours and the roses and looks elegant. thanks Ann Marie its beautiful design . On to paper then I laminated the design sheet. I chose a gold coloured backing sheet, which I fixed to the card with DST. I also fixed the design base to the card with DST. I cut out the decoupage and put DS foam tape on the backs and added them to the design base.
