English Roses Decoupage TopperCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage the rose and double sided tape to adhere the topper to a mauve, blank card.

I made purple, glitter glue, dots to match the size of the pearl strings in the design. After they were dry I used tacky glue to adhere them to the topper. The greeting is a silver, peel-off sticker. I completed the card with four deep, purple, bubble dots. This is a rich, glitzy card for that special someone in your life.
