I printed the design onto 200gm gloss photo paper and cut out the various parts. I Mounted the image onto 240grm pearlescent card and placed a gold peel off around the edge.
I added the various elements of decoupage using 2mm mini foam mounting pads and then placed a peach rhinestone into the centre of the bow.
