I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

Printed on good quality photo paper. Cut out layers and glued them on top of each other. It gives just a little depth and keeps the cost of postage down. Attached finished topper to a complimentary colored card blank using double sided tape.
