50 years young today!
I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

This was printed onto good quality photo paper and then cut out and decoupaged the pieces. I added some Kindy Glitz to the flowers and then I used the Pearl Pen on the pearls to lift them off the page.
To finish off i added some gold peel offs on the gold border.. Lovey card to make..
