Psychedilic Rose Topper and Matching Decorative PaperCompleted by Christine Dixon

I cut out all of the elements and made up the topper with its multi-layered rose. I then fixed the birthday banner up the edge of a glossy pink card, leaving room for a peel-off edging.

Fixed a triangular piece of the backing paper next to it, then overlapped the topper and finished by decorating edges with black peel-offs.
