Roses on Lace - Cream on Blue - AnniversaryCompleted by Marion Evans

I love the colours in this card (yellow/cream/blue are my favs together). I adhered the main graphic to a darker blue (just left a very thin line of it showing) and then on a cream base card stock.

I cut out the decoupage and raised them with pop dots.

I then added the paler blue bow at top left, added glitter to the roses and finally some blue gems down the center line on the card.

This is very pretty when made up.
