Cut out your main base and layer up
1.) 2.) & 3.) using foam pads or silicone.
Attach to your chosen card blank, attach your chooses card topper and finish as required (ideas - add another dimension to your flowers by using decoupage glaze or even add a little sparkle with stickles - also its personal preference but i used adhesive gems on everything!! everyone needs a little sparkle)
