Printed onto Gloss photo Paper. I cut out the elements, I wanted to use. Using DST I attached Topper to White scalloped edged Card. I cut out the middle of 2nd frame and did not use the extra pieces, I attached layers of Decoupage using foam pads.

I stuck the Sentiment to bottom corner. To finish I stuck a bright pink bow to the top corner. A pretty design.
