What a classy card!

I printed the file on card stock and cut out the elements. I used foam pieces to create the 3-D effect.

I matted the center piece on burgundy and then green card stock before adhering to a white card base.

No wanting to deter from the beautiful graphic, my only extra touch was in adding a small bead of glitter glue on the outside of the piece.
