Tulips and CrossCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet has been printed onto satin finish photo paper. I have used a dark blue base card. I layered the base image onto metallic embossed copper cards. I layered up the decoupage with silicon gel. I cut some of the white away to give more depth.
