Tulips for Spring 5Completed by Bernie Mclaughlin

printed onto glossy photopaper, cut out main image and attached to purple satin card then to blue card, attached decoupage items with silicone glue, then attached whole image to white 8 x 8 card blank, finally added some glitter to tulips and then my sentiments.
