Tulips Topper for Mother's Day CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached Spring Tulips with cardfront backing paper, cUp54077_156 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I layered the design onto gold mirror board. I attached the design to the card with thin foam pads.
