I used a green linen textured card as backing. Cut off the corners, added a punched "lattice" in white, with pale lilac behind it. Cut out and layered all design pieces with foam pads, attached it to lilac card with trimmed corners again.

Added a couple of extra flowers to the lattice and a birthday sentiment.
