Tulips Envelope Card with Decoupage

This card can be used for SO MANY occasions... after all, who doesn't like receiving a pretty bouquet of flowers?
The various shades of colors in the graphic made it a joy to match.
I went with a thank you (merci) card, but this card can be used for birthdays, get well, and would be super for a 'just for you' card.
I printed the graphic on photo paper and cut out the elements. I assembled the 3-D effects using foam squares. With such a gorgeous assortment of colors, I limited myself to 3 small strips (didn't want to take the focus away for the flowers) of matching shades matted on lavender. I added a sentiment with peel off stickers.
