I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to silver linen card, with a doyley underneath it, then on to a blue pearl card.
Layered all elements. Added pearls to the cupcakes, and gems to the flowers. Finished with a greeting.
Such a pretty design, lovely colours, lots of dimension, and will suit many different occasions.
