I printed sheet onto pearlised card, stuck layers with 3D glue gel. I applied Glossy Accents to the green part of the bottle and the patterns on the chocolates. I will add a '60' to the tag when I get some numbers.
I added the topper to a scalloped white card and put iridescent glitter on the edges.
