I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto an 8x8 base card which I had layered with contrasting backing paper...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added flat back pearls and a sentiment...this is a lovely design suitable for lots of ocassions.
