Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption

Trimmed away the border and mounted onto pop-out style card blank with punched borders, added glossy accents, buttons, shoal laces to the main image, to the sides I added, Get well soon, scissors, bandage, medicine, spoon, plaster and pills.
