I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a yellow matte then attached it to a blue card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish I added contrasting diecut swirls...a beautiful vibrant design suitable for various occasions
