Print out on to decoupage paper, I matt and layered the image, and cut out all the pieces, and layed them.

I folded one side of a 6 inch card, and stuck the image on just the bottom half of the card. Open the card up, matt and layer some pretty card on some mirri board, so the the card can stand up nicely.
