for backing paper I used the ballet shoes to make my backing paper, then stuck the base on with double sided tape. cut and layered with silicone glue, cut off and stuck and bow on the bottom, printed out the sentiment and back it on black card with double sided tape and then stuck it to the card with foam pads.
