Congratulations all round for this Sister of Mercy! She's passed her exams and graduated as a nurse! Easy to make with decoupage, blank and sentiment tiles, plus a spare certificate scroll. More versions of this lady are available.

The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image was cut out using a fancy blade, then attached to blue card. Silver peel off was used of the borders. The layers were all added using foam pads.
