A5 Halloween Witches & Owls Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Glennis Mitchell

I cut this from a 120 gsm piece of card stock and placed it onto a 8" X 8" 300 gsm card using double sided tape, I then cut the cauldron out and placed it on the card front with double sided tape, I then cut out the bookmark and I placed onto another piece of 300 gsm card stock using double sided tape, finally I cut the owl elements and placed them on the bookmark using foam pads.
