I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto orange shimmer paper and then onto a slate pearl card base.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and i sued Frosted Lace Stickles on the ghost, Black Stickles on the stars, diamond Stickles on the moon, Glam Pink & Tropical Tangerine on the bow & pumpkin.
