Printed the sheet out on MattE photo paper. I cut out all the pieces and inked all the edges. I use double stick tape to mount the base to my card. Then I used foam sticky pads to build up the decoupage.

I took three dressmaker pins with pearl heads and use them to overlay the printed pins in the image. I used bling gym stones on the hat. This little guy is so adorable. This makes the cutest little Halloween card imaginable very fast and easy to put together.
