Funny cartoon man with a squeaky toy in his hand, lots of layers for decoupage, matching insert available separately, the wording on the card is "If I was a plastic surgeon, I'd put a squeaky toy in every breast implant" matching insert available separately.

After printing out onto 220 gram card i mounted on 7 by 7 card with DST. I added decoupage using sticky pads.
