I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I stuck some pretty paper to the card blank and then the decoupage base layer using double sided tape. Next I built up the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This is a really funky design.
