Printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out carefully the decoupage and attached to the topper, I matted onto a cream scalloped card with dst, and finished with adding loads of tiny white pearly onto the lady's hair piece.
I attached the matching insert paper, which finished off this beautiful art deco card.
