Beautiful in BlueCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started with a 5x7 card blank and added a peacock blue feather. I matted the image on silver holographic card with DST and then onto the card blank.

I decoupaged the layer, added a satin bow, and added the 2 layers of flowers with 3D glue gel and the scroll heart in the top right corner. speckle of glitter to finish the flowers off.
