I found an exactly matched pink card stock for the folded base card. I printed out the sheet on cardstock. I glued the base card to the front and the small ribbon to the center back of the card. I layered the T-Shirt and ribbon with foam pads. I found ?Find A Cure? pink glitter glue which I used to trim the T-Shirt, large ribbon, and the word ?Survivor.? Pure liquid silver puff paint was used to enhance the pearl frame. Using a pencil, I curled the ribbon to give it depth.

I have also used the sheet as decoupage to decorate a blank journal and got raves from the person to whom I gave it. This is a great sheet for anyone who has had friends or family with cancer, because so much can be done with it.
