I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To finish off the card I attached the "Birthday Wishes" greeting to the top of the card using foam squares.

This really is a beautiful design and the layers really make the dress stand out on the card.
