I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

Printed on matt photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added sentiment. Finished with gems on flowers. A very pretty card.
