I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with red then black card and mounted it onto white stock card.I then added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a sentiment from the sheet,a black tassel and some little gems...a beautiful design.
