I printed this design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I matted a blank card with lilac paper,added a further mat of aqua paper then added paper lace to the rear of the base design and added to the card,then built the decoupage layers with foam pads I added a tiny oval pearl to each corner and attached aqua ribbon to the base and added a greeting.This design really has the wow factor.
