Copied to premium, glossy paper and cut out, backed base with d.s.t. then built up the decoupage using silicone gel glue. Matted to a blue sunburst backing paper, then onto red card, all onto a white card. Red glittered her necklace, earings and around the border. Added a red birthday greeting.
Simple to make and a stunning image to impress your customers or friends.
